Terms of Use — Tawletna

These terms cover your use of Tawletna ("the app"). By creating an account or playing, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

• You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep your sign-in to yourself: what is played, bought or said on your account counts as yours.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country if it is higher.
• One person, one account in ranked play. Accounts may not be sold, shared or traded.

Fair play

• Play your own games. No bots, scripts, outside engines during a ranked match, or deliberate losing to move ratings.
• Do not exploit bugs, tamper with the app or our servers, or interfere with other players' matches.
• Dice in online matches are committed before the match and can be verified afterwards on our Fair Dice Verifier.

Names and conduct

Your player name and anything else you set that other players can see must be respectful. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour: hate, harassment, sexual content, threats, impersonation or spam. Names are filtered automatically. You can report or block an opponent from the match screen, and you can write to us about anything else at the address below. We review reports promptly and may rename, suspend or permanently remove an account that breaks these rules.

Purchases

• Coins, crowns, boards, dice, avatars and other items are virtual. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• There is no gambling in Tawletna. You never stake or lose coins on the result of a match.
• Tawletna+ is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews unless you cancel before the current period ends (on Apple devices, at least 24 hours before), and you manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds follow their policies and the law where you live.
• On Apple devices, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Seasons, ratings and changes to the game

Seasons end, ratings move, and we may adjust rules, rewards, prices and features to keep the game fair and healthy. Rewards you have already earned stay yours.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, or follow the steps on our account deletion page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

The fine print

The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and fair, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Sagio Apps is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app.
