Privacy Policy — Tawletna
Last updated: October 20, 2026 · Developer: Sagio Apps
This policy explains what information Tawletna ("the app", "we")
collects, why, and your choices. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we
receive your name and email address from that provider to create your player
profile (with Sign in with Apple you may hide your email, in which case we
receive Apple's private relay address instead). Playing offline requires no
account. When you sign in, the app also sends our servers an identifier for
your device — the Android ID on Android, or on Apple devices the identifier
Apple assigns to our apps — which we may store with your account and use
only to enforce bans (so that a player banned for breaking our Terms cannot
simply return with a new account on the same device) and to see whether an
account plays on Android or iOS; it is deleted when you delete your account,
except that if we ban an account, its device identifier and a one-way hash
of its sign-in email stay on our ban list so the ban cannot be dodged with a
new account.
- Gameplay data. Online match results, ratings, win/loss statistics,
in-game currency balances, and cosmetic items you own, stored on our servers
(Google Firebase) to run online play, leaderboards, and progression. While
you are signed in we also record which days you used the app (the most
recent 30 such days), so we can see how actively the app is played.
- Purchase data. When you buy in-app items, Google Play or the Apple
App Store processes the payment. We receive only a purchase token or
transaction id to verify the purchase and deliver your items — we never see
your payment details.
- Advertising identifiers. The app shows ads via Google AdMob. It
asks AdMob for non-personalised ads for every player, so the ads you see are
not chosen from your past activity; AdMob may still use your device's
advertising ID to limit how often you see an ad, to prevent fraud, and to
measure ads, subject to
Google's Privacy Policy.
AdMob also derives your approximate area — roughly your city or region, from
your device's internet address — to choose which ads to show and to apply the
privacy rules of your country. The app never asks for, and never receives,
your precise device location.
- Diagnostics. Crash reports and performance data via Firebase
Crashlytics, to find and fix bugs.
- Usage analytics. Google Firebase Analytics records how the app is
used — for example that a match was played and in which game — together
with information such as your device model, operating system, app version
and approximate country. We use it only to understand and improve the app,
and its advertising features are switched off.
- Server logs. Our servers keep technical logs of the requests the
app makes, including your device's internet address, your account id and
what was requested, to keep the service running and to investigate abuse.
They are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Feedback you send. If you send feedback from the app (Settings →
Send feedback), we store your message and the topic you chose, your player
name, and the details shown under the form: app version, device model,
operating system version, language, and the game you had selected. We use
it to fix the app and to reply to you. Feedback needs a signed-in account;
nothing else — no screenshots, no logs — is attached.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your data with third parties beyond the services named
above (Google Firebase, Google Play, AdMob, and Apple's App Store /
Sign in with Apple).
- We do not collect your contacts, precise location, photos, or
messages. (See "Advertising identifiers" above for the approximate,
region-level area our ad provider derives from your internet address.)
Data retention & deletion
Your profile and gameplay data are kept while your account is active. You
can delete your account and its data directly in the app (Settings →
Delete account), which removes your profile, statistics, match history, and
any feedback you sent.
You can also email us at the address below from the account you play with
and we will delete it for you.
We keep backups of the data we store so we can recover from errors. Each
backup is deleted automatically within 30 days of being made, so data you
delete also leaves our backups within 30 days (a few older backups, made
before this rule, will be gone by the end of October 2026). Our server logs
are deleted after 30 days as well. Crash reports and usage analytics are
collected without your account id, so they are not part of your account
data.
Children
Tawletna is for players aged 13 and over, and signing in asks you to
confirm that you are. The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do
not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Every player, whatever their age, is shown only non-personalised ads,
limited to ads rated suitable for general audiences, and gambling and alcohol
ads are blocked.
If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information — for
example by signing in or sending feedback — email us at the address below
with the account's email address or player name, and we will delete that
account and its data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "last updated"
date above.
